General conditions


Reservations will be made directly with Nerja Places by email, by phone at the number (+34) 601 65 11 10 or through our website

Nerjaplace, S.L. It has its own apartments which are Pintada 11 and Apartamentos Alan. When making a reservation at any of these properties, the contractual relationship is established between the user and Nerjaplace, S.L. The rest of the apartments or villas published in Nerja Places, acts as an intermediary between the user and the owner of the accommodation. By making use of our services and making a reservation, the contractual relationship is established between the user and the owner of the accommodation.


The reservation will be made when 20% of the total reservation is deposited. The form of payment may be:

  1. By Bank transfer
  2. Through our website
  3. Cash.

The payment of the rest of the reservation will be made on the day of arrival. This can be done by cash or bank transfer.


The entrance to the properties is from 4:00 p.m. and the exits until 11:00 a.m. If the accommodation is available before they will be able to access it without problem, in the same way with the departure, we will accept later departures as long as the accommodation is available.

You will be provided with the key collection information in advance by phone or email, you can register travelers from your own mobile via whatsapp or email or by presenting identity documentation on arrival.

The payment of the rest of the reservation will be made on arrival, by Key Box or delivery of keys in hand that will be done respecting the security measures.


The prices include:

  1. The normal consumption of water, electricity, gas (unless otherwise specified or in long-term rental stays in winter, from November to March, for 4 weeks or more), bed linen and towels, and cleaning upon arrival.
  2. Indirect taxes (VAT)


In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be returned. We would keep your deposit for future reservations as long as there is availability and it is possible


The minimum stay in any of our apartments or villas will depend on the time of year.
In the case of yielding to stays of less than 2 days, we will proceed to raise the price as appropriate.
The accommodations may be occupied from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and will be vacated before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless the parties agree otherwise.


It is possible to change the accommodation booked between the Pintada 11 apartments and the Alan Apartments, as long as there is availability and it is possible. It is not possible to change the accommodation reserved for the rest of the properties, since each of them is independent. In the event that you need to change accommodation, the client must cancel the confirmed reservation, taking advantage of the cancellation conditions detailed above and make a new reservation.


The client is responsible for communicating the number of places to be occupied, without omitting the children, whatever their age. Otherwise, the administration reserves the legal right not to allow the entry of the undeclared persons, or evict them, not having any claim for this cause.
Key collection will be done by agreement with the client, according to arrival time. Delivery of keys in hand at the door of the accommodation or by giving a code for the Key Box.
The client must respect the accommodation.
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the accommodation in the same conditions in which it entered and to comply with the obligations established by the community of owners of the building in which the accommodation is located.
Pets are not allowed.
In the event that the client finds anomalies or deficiencies in the establishment, they must notify Nerja Places in the shortest possible time and always during the stay. Nerja Places will resolve them to the extent that they are considered true. Once the property has been vacated, no claims will be accepted in this regard.
We cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused by disturbance of any kind, and at any time from neighbors, tenants / clients, animals or works near the property. Or for temporary suspensions of local services, such as electricity, water supply, electrical equipment or gas. Or for the unavailability of any general service, including television (analog or satellite) or internet, swimming pools that must be emptied and cleaned from time to time, lane work or lane conditions. You should keep in mind that many villages in this region have the final access via rail, and should drive cars according to the conditions of the land surface. We also note that we do not have any jurisdiction, and therefore we cannot guarantee availability with respect to the community. It should be noted that most pools are not available during the winter months, the usual period available for most resorts is May to October, but this is entirely at the discretion of the Resort President. The use of all electrical items such as - washing machine, dishwasher, boiler, coffee maker, heater, etc. it is entirely at the user's discretion, and we will not be liable for any damages that may be a result of such use. Views of the property may change from time to time due to events beyond our control, and therefore cannot always be guaranteed.


For reasons beyond the control of the Nerja Places organization, it reserves the right to substitute the property for another of similar characteristics when circumstances are so required or an overbooking occurs in the accommodation. In the event that the client does not accept the alternative offered, the amounts paid will be disbursed.


The reservation and acquisition of our services includes the express and responsible acceptance by the clients of the general rules and conditions established by the agency as a contract. The claims that could be processed will be left to the order of the Torrox courts, rejecting any other jurisdiction.
