Due to the exceptional circumstances that the Covid-19 virus has generated, we have wanted to modify our general conditions to protect both the health and the interests of our clients.

Therefore, we have taken the following steps:

PAYMENT

The reservation will be made when 20% of the total reservation is deposited. The form of payment may be:

- By bank transfer, website or cash

Payment of the rest of the reservation will be made 10 days before arrival, by bank transfer or link to the payment gateway.

CHECK IN

The key collection information will be provided to you in advance by phone or email, you can register travelers from your own mobile and the payment of the rest of the reservation will be made on arrival, by Key Box or delivery of turnkey that will be done respecting security measures.

In this way we avoid unnecessary direct and personal contact.

CANCELLATIONS

The deposit delivered as a reservation will be returned due to the impossibility of traveling due to causes attributable to the Covid-19 Virus, such as confinement measures or border closures.

POOLS AND COMMON USE AREAS

If you have hired accommodation located in a complex with a community pool and gardens, it is likely that you will not be able to use these facilities, or do so in a restricted manner. The jurisdiction over the opening or mode of use of these areas does not belong to the owners of the homes or to our company, so we cannot be held responsible for their impossibility or restriction of use.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF ACCOMMODATIONS

For your safety, we have wanted to adopt in the accommodations that we manage some recommendations for the disinfection of the accommodations, based on the guides that the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE) has made coordinated by the Secretary of State for Tourism of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of Spain, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, specifically those referring to Hotels and Tourist Accommodation and Rural Accommodation, carried out the following measures:

  1. You have disinfectant gel in some common areas.
  2. Disinfection of areas with greater contact (surfaces, knobs, sinks, taps, handles, doors, keys, remote controls, toilet flush button, air conditioning control, dryer, railings, terrace furniture, etc.) with authorized disinfectant products.
  3. The bathroom wastebasket has a lid, bag and non-manual operation.
  4. The blankets and pillows in the cabinets are protected.
  5. Frequent cleaning of air conditioning filters.
  6. Dirty clothes are bagged before being deposited in the cleaning trolleys
  7. Use of cleaning and disinfection products authorized by the Ministry of Health
  8. Washing clothes at 60-90o
  9. Washing of kitchenware, dishes, etc. above 60o, as long as the accommodation has a dishwasher, if this is not the case, hot water and soap will be used.
  10. Cleaning staff will not agree to provide room service without the customer leaving the room, except in exceptional circumstances.
  11. It will be avoided to carry out maintenance actions in the accommodation if the client is present. If the client is in the room, the client should be encouraged to also put on the mask while maintenance personnel are in the room. provided that the minimum safety distance cannot be ensured.

We also remind you of your obligation to follow personal prevention recommendations

  1. Clean your hands regularly and thoroughly with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
  2. Keep at least 1.5 meters of distance between yourself and others.
  3. Avoid going to crowded places.
  4. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  5. Make sure you and those around you follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then discard the used tissue immediately and wash your hands.
  6. If you have a fever, cough, and shortness of breath, seek medical attention, but telephone * in advance if possible and follow the instructions of your local health authority.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest information from reliable sources, such as WHO or local and national health authorities.
